Establishing Sound Practices

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Nu Iota Omega Chapter presents, Mr. Alvin T. Smith, Sr., Financial Representative of Northwestern Mutual. Mr. Smith will present a 1 hour seminar, entitled, Are You Insured? The seminar will be held at the Orange County Library - Edgewater Branch at 5049 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, FL 32810 at 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday, June 23, 2009. This event is FREE and open to the public; however you must RSVP your attendance to Ms. Tamiko Aikens at tlaikens@aol.com before June 20, 2009.

Every Student Prospers by Reading

Formerly known as “The Spirit of Reading”, the Economic Spirit of Reading Committee of Nu Iota Omega will sponsor our 2nd Annual “Every Student Prospers by Reading” event.

This program will provide books, some new, some gently used to students of all ages for reading. Our books will focus specifically on economics.
