Welcome to the official website of Nu Iota Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Established in 1908 on the campus of Howard University, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is the oldest Greek-lettered organization established by African-American college-educated women. The membership of Nu Iota Omega chapter consist of women who have chosen to give back to their communities through volunteer service.
We are proud to celebrate over thirty years of compassionate service to the residents of the Central Florida. Our significant chapter prides itself on demonstrated excellence. We are actively engaged in working with the community to implement programs tailored to provide Global Leadership through Timeless Service. We faithfully reach out and collaborate with the community to identify and address areas of concern locally, nationally and globally that align with our National Program initiatives: Emerging Young Leaders, Health, Economic Security, Global Poverty, Social Justice & Human Rights and Internal Leadership for External Service.

Welcome! Ivy Tea Rose, Inc.® is our 501 (c)(3) organization of Nu Iota Omega Chapter. Ivy Tea Rose provides the members of Nu Iota Omega additional opportunities to support our community through grants and partnerships. We take special pride in our mentoring program, The Ivy Rosettes. The girls experience leadership tips, speaking opportunities as well as self-improvement ideas.

12th Annual RLY Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament
The Annual RLY Golf Tournament is just around the corner. Again this year we are offering Early Bird registration. Golfers and Clinic participants have the opportunity to save $10.00 if registered before April 19, 2012. Regular registration will be from April 20, 2012 until May 19, 2012. THERE IS NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION!
As always Sponsorships are encouraged to help make our tournament a success. This year we are able to offer our sponsors a tax-deduction. If you choose to register on-line for sponsorsphips or as a golfer, please remember to give credit the chapter member who recruited you. If you prefer to mail in your checks, please click here for our Tournament brochure. Golfers and Clinic participants should make checks payable to Nu Iota Omega Chapter.
