53rd South Atlantic Regional Conference

April 22, 2006. Saturday was the last day to campaign for positions in the South Atlantic Region. Nu Iota Omega took time to pose with Soror Marsha Lewis Brown, candidate for the South Atlantic Region Nominating Committee. Saturday was also a day for workshops. Soror Michelle Thornton-Taylor, with assistance from Soror Cynthia Henry facilitated her first workshop on a Regional level. The workshop was entitled, “Implementing a Leadership Certification Program in Your Chapter”. As you can see the room was packed, the workshop was well received and many questions were asked and answered. Soror Marsha presented new information and changes for chapters who certify their sorors. It always pays to attend one of Soror Marsha's workshops . . . she gives great gifts!
