9th Annual Robin Lynn Young Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament Sorry, no java browser June 6, 2009. In the nine (9) year history of the RLY Golf Tournament, this is the first time the golf tourney and golf clinic had to be interrupted due to lightening. As Central Florida is also known as the Lightening Capitol of the World, the officials of Celebration Golf Club had to interrupt the tournament after approximately nine (9) holes of play.
