21st Annual Martin Luther King Luncheon

January 12, 2007. The sorors of Nu Iota Omega chapter celebrated Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday at the 21st Annual Commemorative Luncheon sponsored by the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity's Orlando Alumni Chapter. This year's theme was "Building a Beloved Community". The guest speaker was Dr. Charles C. Teamer, Chairman, Dryades Savings Bank, New Orleans, LA and the 27th National President of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. The luncheon was well attended by some of Orlando's most prestigious citizens. The luncheon was just the beginning of Nu Iota Omega's weekend of service.
