This program will focus on preparing our members for local and international leadership roles. The International Standards Committee has the responsibility of planning, developing and implementing the Global Leadership Development Project, which serves as the foundation for all other platforms. The objectives of the Leadership Task Force are:

• Develop Leadership Training Modules for chapters to train their officers each year.
• Plan and execute the Leadership Fellows Program for undergraduates.
• Modify and redesign the Leadership Seminar to directly impact the acquisition of leadership skills for members (sorors) at all levels-chapter, regional and national.
• Institute a Leadership Certification Process for graduate members aspiring for chapter and international leadership.

Nu Iota Omega will use the Leadership Module, "Building a Better Chapter" to train it's officers and members desiring leadership positions in the chapter.
