August 4-7th, 2005. The Leadership Conference 2005 was held at the beautiful Atlantis Hotel on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. The sorors of the Bahamas welcomed us island style. Everything was so colorful, the air was full of good smells and balmy breezes. Leadership was the focus of the weekend ranging from the latest safety techniques to guard against identity theft to drawing the image of an effective leader. The Educational Advancement Foundation (EAF) celebrated it's 25th Anniversary. The National Technology Committee announced the new and upcoming changes that Alpha Kappa Alpha will be embracing in upcoming months. Browse the national website for more detailed information.
