25th Anniversary Gala

October 8, 2005. Our 25th Anniversary Gala was celebrated at the Portofino Bay Hotel on Universal Studio's Property. We were entertained with the jazz stylings of Erly Thornton and his band. Our Mistress of Ceremony was Ms. Carolyn Fennell, our guest speaker, The Honorable Justice Peggy A. Quince of the Florida Supreme Court. Nu Iota Omega honored it's charter members by taking a stroll down memory lane. We recognized three distinguished individuals for their unselfish work in the community and we closed out the evening with a moment of silence for our sorors who are Ivies Beyond the Wall. Lastly, the entire party moved out to the atrium where dessert and champagne were served. Soror Tracy Rolle gave a toast to Nu Iota Omega to continue to provide service to all mankind.
